1. All customers must complete a registration for J&Bs Rewards 2026. Just visit: jandb26.buzztestserver.co.uk
2. Once registered to the scheme you will receive a monthly email linking you to your “Rewards” page where you can view your updated spend.
3. Click redeem on any level you reach and choose your reward.
4. Your redemption will then be reviewed and authorised by the J&Bs Rewards Team (See Terms and Conditions).
5. Upon approval your rewards will be uploaded onto your Love2Shop card or a credit note will be issued.
6. If you selected a Love2Shop card, it will be delivered to your local J&Bs branch for collection at your convenience. For those who selected a credit note it will be loaded onto your J&Bs account.
   *If you have already received a Love2shop card during J&Bs Rewards 26 this card will continue to be topped up for any redemptions during J&Bs Rewards 26 (and for the J&Bs Rewards 27 scheme).
7. Activate your Love2Shop card on “Manage my card” section of www.love2shop.co.uk – all cards must be activated to allow you to spend.
8. Use your hard-earned rewards at any of the available retailers. Alternatively, you can call 0345 07 74444 to book your travel by phone.
