Terms & Conditions
The J&Bs Rewards Scheme 2026 is a free scheme which is made available to you on the basis that you are a J&Bs trade or loyalty account customer, and we wish to reward you for your custom. J&Bs Rewards 26 is made available by John Nicholls (Trading) Ltd (t/a J&Bs Plumbing & Heating Suppliers, hereinafter referred to as “J&Bs”). The Rewards Scheme is made available entirely at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.
Registration
- By registering to J&Bs Rewards 26 (Reward Scheme), you accept the Terms & Conditions.
- By registering and participating in J&Bs Rewards 26, you accept the receipt of marketing materials from J&B’s relating to the scheme via email. Participants can opt out at any time via the relevant communications channel; info@jandbsrewards.co.uk.
- By registering and participating in J&Bs Rewards 26, you accept receiving your J&B’s invoices via email.
- The Rewards Scheme is operated on an annual basis. Each year the Reward Scheme operates will be a Rewards Scheme Year, for the purposes of the Terms.
- Any correspondence relating to the Rewards Scheme will be sent to the email address you have supplied. J&Bs accepts no responsibility for emails not received by customers due to spam filters or unsubscribing.
- You must be aged 18 or over to participate in J&Bs Rewards 26.
- J&Bs customers must register for J&Bs Rewards 26 to participate.
- J&Bs staff are not permitted to register for J&Bs Rewards 26.
- J&Bs staff cannot register a customer for J&Bs Rewards 26.
- J&Bs Rewards is available to J&Bs Trade or Loyalty account customers only.
- Local Authority or Public Sector customers cannot register for J&Bs Rewards 26.
- Registrations for J&Bs Rewards 26 must be made using the J&Bs Rewards 26 website.
- Customers that currently have or are connected to a customer that has a bespoke discount agreement in place will not be eligible to join J&Bs Rewards 26.
- Customers who choose to pay or part pay their account balance using AMEX (American Express) at any point during the Reward Scheme Year will void their Reward Scheme registration and lose all reward scheme entitlements.
- When completing the registration form, you must provide a valid email address that is registered to you by which you can be contacted throughout the duration of the Rewards Scheme. You must also provide a postal address and telephone number on which you can be contacted in connection with the Rewards Scheme.
- When registering you must also provide details of your J&Bs Trade or Loyalty account number (which must be a valid and up to date account number) to enable qualifying sales to be added to your Rewards Scheme account. If you provide an incorrect account number during the registration process, J&Bs accepts no liability or responsibility for your spend being allocated to the wrong Rewards Scheme account or not being allocated to you.
- Failure to provide requested and required information during the registration process and duration of the scheme could lead to a participant being disqualified or entries being void.
- You may be required to complete the registration process in subsequent Rewards Scheme Years. However, if you are not asked to complete the registration process again, you agree that J&B’s may automatically renew your participation in the Rewards Scheme during each subsequent Rewards Scheme Year.
- It is a condition of entry to the Rewards Scheme that all information given by you at registration is true, current, accurate and complete. It is your obligation to notify J&Bs of any changes in the information submitted by you at registration and to ensure that your details (including your account details) remain accurate and up to date. Unless J&Bs expressly agree otherwise in writing, all communications that are sent to you will be sent to the email address or postal address that was provided by you at registration. John Nicholls (Trading) Ltd accept no liability for any failure to comply with our obligations under the Terms where such breach is caused, directly or indirectly, in connection with your failure to supply correct information or update your information, or for any lost, delayed or undeliverable communications.
- When you complete the registration form you will be required to confirm you have read, understood and accept these Terms. When you submit your registration form, you will be bound by these Terms.
Qualifying Spend
- Only goods invoiced from the 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2026 will be considered towards the qualifying spend.
- Customer spend will not be back dated and qualifying spend will only be awarded from the customers registration date.
- Qualifying spend will only be accrued towards J&Bs Rewards 26 with transactions processed at the following participating J&Bs branches or showrooms: J&Bs Blandford, J&Bs Branksome,
J&Bs Christchurch, J&Bs Moordown, J&Bs New Milton, J&Bs Ringwood, J&Bs Upton, J&Bs Weymouth and J&Bs Wimborne. - Spend which qualifies for J&Bs Rewards will be recorded and uploaded once per month to the customer’s account. This can be viewed via the J&Bs Rewards 26 website.
- If named and submitted within the same month, cash sales will be considered towards the participants spend at J&Bs discretion.
- Value Added Tax (V.A.T) is not included in any qualifying spend.
- At any time, J&Bs reserves the right to exclude specific products or sale transaction types.
- Installation charges, including Labour and Waste Disposal, Carriage charges and Heat Pump sign off/Commissioning are excluded from qualifying spend.
- J&Bs Rewards 26 only applies to products purchased from J&Bs (See point 23 for qualifying branches) by the account holder (the company or individual person that is recognised by J&Bs as the nominated account holder).
- Spend cannot be combined from two or more customer accounts, sales will only be considered from individual accounts for qualifying spend.
- Account holders (the company or individual person that is recognised by J&Bs as the nominated account holder) can only have a maximum of one Credit and one Loyalty account registered to J&Bs Rewards 26. These accounts if both registered must be kept separate and cannot be combined.
- Any credits raised against invoices during the qualifying period 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2026 will be deducted from qualifying spend.
Redemption Process
- For a participant to redeem a reward their J&Bs credit account must be fully paid and up to date, in line with agreed payment terms throughout the duration of the scheme.
- Failure to pay your J&Bs credit account to agreed terms, within the reward schemes qualifying period, will result in the immediate cancellation of your registration, any accrued rewards or qualifying spend. Re-registration is entirely at the discretion of J&Bs. Where re-registration is permitted, previous qualifying spend will be ignored and will apply from the re-registration date only.
- If a participant has any overdue balance, John Nicholls (Trading) Ltd reserves the right to withhold any reward until the overdue balance has been paid.
- John Nicholls (Trading) Ltd may cancel, suspend or withdraw your right to participate in the Rewards Scheme at any time by notice in writing. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes sending an email to the email address registered to your account. Your right to use any accumulated rewards will be forfeited and you will not be entitled to any compensation or damages.
- All redemptions must be processed via the J&Bs Rewards 26 website.
- Redemptions can take up to 28 days to complete.
- Once you have redeemed on the J&Bs Rewards 26 website (for either a Love2Shop Card or a Credit note) and you have been approved for your chosen reward, it is not possible to exchange for a different reward option.
- Please be reminded over peak periods, such as Christmas, redemptions may take longer than the usual to process. Rewards claimed after 1st December 2026 will not be processed until January 2027 and as such given a redemption date of January 1st, 2027.
Rewards & Packages
- If a credit reward is chosen, which leads to a credit balance on a participants account, this cannot be refunded in cash and must be used for future purchases.
- If a credit reward is chosen the total value will be inclusive of V.A.T (Value Added Tax) at 20%.
- John Nicholls (Trading) Ltd are unable to split rewards or issue more than one Love2shop Card per registered account.
- If a participant misplaces or loses their Love-2-Shop card, John Nicholls (Trading) Ltd accepts no liability for lost cards or rewards.
- If you receive more than one Love2shop card throughout J&Bs Rewards, please be aware that these cards must remain separate and at no point can be combined. Once your card expires the remaining rewards left on the card will be lost.
- For your first redemption of a Love2shop card on J&Bs Rewards 25 or 26 you will receive a new card. This card once received must be kept until the expiry date shown on the card. It will be topped up with any redemptions made during the current and any the future schemes.
- Where a refund or credit results in the participant no longer being eligible for a reward amount that has been redeemed and spent, the amount would be offset against the credit / refund amount.
- Rewards earned from J&Bs Rewards 26 must be redeemed by the 28th February 2027. Any rewards not redeemed by this date will be lost.
- Unspent rewards on the participants Love2Shop Card after the card expiration date will automatically be removed. John Nicholls (Trading) Ltd hold no liability for lost rewards.
- Once a participant has received, activated and accepted the Love2Shop card issued by J&Bs Rewards 26, John Nicholls (Trading) Ltd has no ownership of this card or reward.
- Where holidays are booked using rewards, these are subject to Terms and Conditions of the operator, which will be provided to the participant at the time of booking. John Nicholls (Trading) Ltd accepts no liability.
- Where holidays are booked using rewards, the participant may have additional costs when travelling during public holidays which will need to be supplemented by the participant.
- Where holiday rewards are taken, all packages are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- It is the participants responsibility to understand the current available Love2shop retailers. John Nicholls (Trading) Ltd holds no liability over if/when Love2shop (Part of the PayPoint Group), change any retailers.
General Information

- Any Love2shop related queries should be directed to Love2shop customer services on 03303 331201.
- At any time, J&Bs reserves the right to amend the terms, conditions and details of J&Bs Rewards 26.
- J&Bs have no connection with Love2Shop (Part of the PayPoint Group), who are an independent company.
- You may view your account details and qualifying spend by visiting the J&Bs Rewards 26 website. You may receive emails detailing your spend from time to time. However, it is your responsibility to track your own qualifying spend and reward entitlements within the scheme.
- J&Bs and Love2Shop accepts no responsibility for any tax liability arising from the participation in J&Bs Rewards 26. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that accepting an incentive may be subject to tax and/or National Insurance. The Participant shall be fully responsible for any income tax, national insurance contributions and VAT payable as a result of or in connection with the receipt by the Participant or any individual selected by it of an incentive. The Participant shall indemnify J&Bs for and in respect of any VAT, corporation tax, income tax, National Insurance and social security contributions (to the extent permitted by law) assessed on or becoming payable by J&Bs or any member of its Group to HM Revenue and Customs (or any other tax authority in any jurisdiction) as a result of or in connection with the receipt by the Participant or any individual selected by it of an incentive. The Participant shall indemnify J&Bs for and in respect of and any other liability, deduction, contribution, assessment or claim arising from or made in connection with receipt by the Participant or any individual selected by it of an incentive. For further information the Participant should contact its nearest Inland Revenue Office.
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions you confirm that you are the business owner or have the authority of the owner to register for J&Bs Rewards 26, to redeem and claim any rewards.
- J&Bs will need to send certain information to Love2Shop for the purpose of providing a Love2Shop reward, which includes your name and email address.
- On redemption of a Love2Shop reward, you accept that you will be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Love2Shop (Part of the PayPoint Group).
